100% Remote

No office, no commute. Work from wherever you're most productive. Timezone: CET +/- 2 hours.

Asynchronous communication

We write instead of calling. Meetings only when truly necessary. Your time belongs to the work, not the calendar.

Modern tools

Git, Linear, Notion, Slack. Professional hardware provided. AI tools (Claude, Cursor) are standard, not experimental.

Ownership over hierarchy

Flat structure, direct client communication. You make technical decisions, not a manager.
